I teach people using the Signal app on a daily basis everything to do with natural resources mining

I offer two options:

1. a free Facebook group that is for people who are not ready to start building a portfolio

2. a premium group where I share what companies I own, what price I paid, when I will sell, and at what price

Why have I invested in mining/exploration?

• I am expecting 3 to 10x returns on my money

• Only asset group that I believe will do well in next 5 years

• World desperately needs metals/minerals/rare Earths

• Major underinvestment in this sector

• The herd is not interested (when something isn't loved that's when I'm interested)

• Fed will restart QE

• Miners value increases with metals/minerals prices

• I expect future price increases in all commodities

• The dollar reserve status will cease to exist

• RE, tech stocks, Bitcoin are all risk assets and have enjoyed a decade of easy money. That is now over.

• High unemployment, high interest rates are bad for real estate

• Bond market enjoyed a 40 year bull market which is over
